If you are passionate about sales, networking, and growing business relationships? We’re looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Intern who is ready to take initiative, think strategically, and help us grow our client base.

In this role, you will support our sales and business development efforts, from identifying 
potential leads to helping close deals. If you're an ambitious self-starter who’s eager to learn and grow, we’d love to meet you.

* Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients or partners

* Support in managing client relationships and maintaining communication pipelines

* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

* Help draft sales proposals and presentations

* Monitor competitor activities and industry trends

* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies

* Provide regular reports on progress and key metrics

Educational Requirements

* A Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./B.A.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or any related field will be preferred but not compulsory.
* Candidates with proven sales results and leadership skills may be considered even if they do not meet this academic requirement fully.

Experience Requirements

* Strong interest in sales, business development, or marketing

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Comfortable with cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)

* Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes is a plus

* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

* Able to work independently and in a team environment

* Previous internship or experience in sales is an advantage (not required)
